About Us

Who We Are

Hephzibah Moses Ogunsan is a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering individuals through vocational training and practical skills development. We believe that every person has potential, and with the right skills and opportunities, they can create sustainable livelihoods, support their families, and contribute positively to their communities.

Hephzibah Foundation emerged from a simple yet powerful vision: to provide practical skills training that would empower individuals to break the cycle of poverty and build sustainable livelihoods. Our programs have evolved to meet the changing needs of the Nigerian economy, always focusing on practical skills that lead to real employment opportunities.

Today, we’re proud to have trained over 5000 individuals across six core programs, with an 85% success rate in job placement and business creation. Our graduates don’t just find jobs – they create opportunities for others, becoming employers and community leaders themselves.
